03.02.2010 Hotel Operation Cooperation
The CFS Group announces today that they are working in cooperation with Global Cruise Services Ltd. who
are responsible for the hotel operation of the 900 passenger vessel Ocean Countess. The vessel has recently
been refurbished and has been chartered to Cruise & Maritime Voyages (www.cruiseandmaritime.com) on a
long term charter. The vessel will start operation on April 18th 2010 in the port of Tilbury and will be used to
cater to the British cruise market. The appointment of the CFS Group is a direct result out of the successfull
operation of the Mv Marco Polo that has also changed its charter in January 2010 and is now as well sailing under
the Cruise & Maritime Voyages brand.

The ms Marco Polo is ranked the 3rd best ship on the UK market for the 2009 season. This ranking has been

18.08.2008 ms Marco Polo changes passenger profile
After the completion of a very successful season on the British market, the ms Marco Polo started on August 10th
her German Season, trading out of German ports. Its first cruise on the German market departed on August 11th
in Bremerhaven and passenger satisfaction levels after completion of the cruise showed that the product is spot
on and that the vessel is very well received on the German market. (latest picture of the vessel)
19.04.2008 ms Marco Polo starting operation
Today the vessel ms Marco Polo was successfully put into service, sailing from Tilbury/UK with 690 British
passengers. The vessel was taken over on March 24th in the port of Lisbon and over the past weeks a complete
new start-up including all new crew has taken place including extensive crew hospitality and procedure trainings
as well as the standard safety trainings.

acquired by Story Cruise Line from NCL and has been chartered to Transocean Tours (www.transocean.de) on
a long term time charter base. The vessel will start operation on April 19th 2008 in the port of Tilbury and will be
used to cater to the British and German cruise market.
15.04.2007 Iberojet Cruceros most successful season for CVC in Brazil
CFS has been informed today that the closed winter season 2006/07 was the most successful winter season for
Iberojet Cruceros. The cruise line had time chartered its 2 vessels Grand Voyager and Grand Mistral to CVC the
Brazilian Cruise Specialist and both vessels have been rated as the highest and best performing ships in the CVC
fleet. CFS supported Iberojet Cruceros in the day-to-day operation of the vessel, in the hotel product definition
and the HR strategy for the difficult trade. A team from the CFS Group was also responsible for preparation work
during the repositioning of the vessels from the Med to the Brazilian trade including the initial meetings and
ground work with the Brazilian authorities.
23.10.2006 Payroll Management implementation started on board m/v Grand Voyager
Starting with the payout of this months the CFS Group will perform all allotment payments for the hotel crew
employed on board m/v Grand Voyager operated by Iberojet Cruceros. "The agreement between Iberojet
Cruceros and the CFS Group has been well welcomed by all crew on board as it is not only reducing the
companies costs in paying their crew but also this way is safer, faster and cheaper for the crew to get money to
their families back home." says Barbara Vallette, the Director of Human Resources for Iberojet Cruceros.
15.06.2006 CFS introduces Payroll Management System
Payroll Management, a new service has been launched by the CFS Group and has been offered to its clients. The
new service will enable vessels operator and managers to perform full salary payments or parts of it (allotments)
to be send to the crew members individual bank accounts worldwide without increasing costs nor man-power
for the vessels operator and/or manager.
09.01.2006 CFS Group Consulting Agreement [update]
Today the CFS Group started with the work on the recently agreed Consulting Agreement with IBEROJET
CRUCEROS. The CFS Group has been appointed to closely work with the cruise line and assist them in their
performance of the hotel operation for their cruise vessels m/v Grand Mistral as well as m/v Grand Voyager.
The majority of the work will be in setting up proper Human Resource procedures and assisting
them with the opening of the Grand Voyager this March as well on arranging and preparing with
them together the season crew changes on-board Grand Mistral in March.
The Managing Director of the Group says: We feel of course very honoured that we have been appointed to
consult the major operator on the Spanish market and are looking into a long term partnership with Iberojet
Cruceros. We are very proud that our hands on approach and our economic operating style have motivated
Iberojet Cruceros to appoint us for this very sensitive area of their operations.

Today passenger satisfaction questionnaire results have been published by easyCruise. The CFS Group is very
proud to see service and cleaning ratings well within the upper 90% class and the cruise again score at 97.67%

easyCruise average age of passengers down to 33, more than 90 nationalities booked. Caribbean, Greek Islands

03.06.2005 CFS Group opens Tax & Duty Free Shops on board m/v Ocean Countess
The CFS Group is proud to announce that it took over the tax & duty free as well as the gift shop and perfumery
on board m/v Ocean Countess. The 800 passenger vessel is presently on charter to Spanish Tour Operator
TravelPlan and will be sailing the Mediterranean seas for the summer 2005 season.

13.05.2005 m/v Wisteria - Best vessel within Trading Area
Almeria, Spain. m/v Wisteria is declared as the best vessel on the routes between Spain and Morocco by the local
sales offices feedback evaluation in Almeria. With this appointment the CFS Group has been able to prove within
a very short period to be a trustful and respectable partner for the operators in this area. Alexander Anderson,
Director Human Resources states: "We are very pleased with the performance of all our crew and managers and
are already seeing now that the good partnership with our employees that are mainly Moroccan is paying off."
09.05.2005 CFS Group starts operation on board for m/v easyCruiseOne
The Management of the CFS Group is pleased to announce that the vessel easyCruiseOne started operation
today in Nice. The Managing Director says from Nice: "The start-up is very smooth. We started to embark our
key Managers and Crew already in the beginning of March in Singapore and prepared the vessel for its big day
today. We see that it paid off to have numerous trainers on board to ensure that with the Owner pre-agreed
standards are implemented from the first day of operations on and by now already 600 visitors are seeing an
fantastic opening party in Cannes."

25.03.2005 CFS Group signs contract for m/v Wisteria
The Management of the CFS Group proudly announces the signature of the hotel service agreement for on
board m/v Wisteria. The passenger ferry with a maximum capacity of 1500 passenger will be trading between
Almeria/Spain and Nador/Marocco with up to 3 sailings per day. With the take over of the Hotel Operations on
board, the CFS Group also immediately sets the new standard for cleaning operations in the Trading Area. She is
the only vessel using an all-inhouse cleaning concept, those ensuring great reductions in operating costs.
01.03.2005 CFS Group signs contract for m/v Palanga
The Management of the CFS Group is proud to announce the signature of the hotel service agreement for on
board m/v Palanga. The Ro-Ro pax ferry is trading in the Canary Islands carrying up to 150 passengers and
freight with up to 6 sailings per day, those requiring the group to closely plan fast turn-arounds on multiple daily
basis.
